Congratulations on the birth of your child! We're looking forward to getting to know our newest disciple!
Fr. Jeff is happy to baptize your child during one of our regularly scheduled Sunday Masses. This is an awesome way for you to know of this community's support as you raise your child in the Catholic faith.
Fr. Jeff is multilingual, so if families desire, he is happy to perform the rite bilingually in English and Spanish.
Step One: Call us and schedule a date & Baptism Preparation Class
Contact the Church Office at (219) 844-9027 to schedule a baptism date. You'll also be asked to register for one of our Baptism Preparation Classes. Classes are be held every other month.
Step Two: Choose Godparents who will help raise your little one in the faith
Here are some points to remember when selecting your godparents. Remember, at least one of them must be a practicing Catholic.
